During the install of Certificate Services, you receive:

After installing Certificate Services, the computer cannot be renamed and the computer cannot join or be removed from a domain. Do you wish to continue?

If you performed any of the above actions, certificate information becomes invalid.

To perform these actions, uninstall Certificate Services by using the Add/Remove Programs applet in Control Panel.

After renaming the computer, or changing domain membership, you can reinstall Certificate Services.
